Here’s a Zero Point Strawberry Ice Cream recipe designed to be compatible with Weight Watchers-style zero point foods (based on most recent WW guidelines where fruits and fat-free Greek yogurt are typically zero points for many plans). This recipe is creamy, sweet, and guilt-free!


🍓 Zero Point Strawberry Ice Cream

Servings: 4
Points per serving: 0 (on most WW plans)


📝 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled and sliced)

  • 1½ cups non-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1–2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Sweetener to taste (like Stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol – optional)

  • Pinch of salt (optional, to enhance flavor)

  • Splash of lemon juice (optional, for brightness)


🥣 Instructions:

  1. Prep Strawberries:

    • If using fresh strawberries, hull and freeze them for at least 2–3 hours for best texture.

    • If using frozen strawberries, let them sit out for 10 minutes to soften slightly.

  2. Blend:

    • In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine the frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener.

    • Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.

  3. Taste & Adjust:

    • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or add a little lemon juice if you want a tangier flavor.

  4. Serve Immediately:

    • For soft-serve texture, serve right away.

  5. For Firmer Ice Cream:

    • Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1–2 hours. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.


✅ Tips:

  • Add a handful of frozen banana slices for creamier texture (adds points depending on plan).

  • You can swap strawberries for other 0-point fruits like blueberries, mango, or peaches.

  • Top with a few fresh berries or mint leaves for presentation.
