The Onion Recipe That Destroys Diabetes, Cleans Your Arteries, and Saves Your Heart

Heart-Healthy Onion & Garlic Detox Drink

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium onions (preferably red onions)

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 1 lemon (with peel, organic if possible)

  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

  • 3 cups filtered water


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the onions and garlic:

    • Peel the onions and garlic cloves.

    • Chop the onions into small pieces.

    • Crush or finely chop the garlic cloves.

  2. Blend:

    • In a blender, combine the chopped onions, garlic, lemon (cut into chunks, including peel), apple cider vinegar, and water.

    • Blend until smooth.

  3. Strain (optional):

    • If you don’t like the texture, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to get a smooth liquid.

  4. Add honey (optional):

    • Stir in honey if you want some natural sweetness.

  5. Consume:

    • Drink a small glass (about 100 ml) daily on an empty stomach in the morning for 7-10 days.

    • Follow this with a glass of water to help wash it down.
