Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:

Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.

Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Sear the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).

Add honey and chicken broth, stirring to combine.

Let the sauce simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy (about 3–4 minutes).
