🌾 TEETH WHITENING WITH RICE – DIY NATURAL RECIPE

🌟 Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of rice flour (or grind uncooked white rice into a fine powder)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (optional, use sparingly)

  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or water

  • 2–3 drops of peppermint oil (optional, for freshness)

🧴 Instructions:

  1. Make the paste:

    • Mix the rice flour and baking soda.

    • Add coconut oil (or water) slowly to create a thick paste.

  2. Apply to your toothbrush:

    • Use a soft-bristled toothbrush or your finger.

    • Apply the paste gently onto your teeth.

  3. Brush gently:

    • Brush your teeth using circular motions for 1–2 minutes.

    • Avoid scrubbing too hard—rice flour is a mild abrasive.

  4. Rinse well:

    • Rinse your mouth with water thoroughly after brushing.

✅ Benefits:

  • Rice flour is a natural, gentle abrasive that can polish the teeth and remove some surface stains.

  • Coconut oil has mild antimicrobial properties and helps bind the powder.

  • Baking soda adds extra whitening power, though it should be used no more than 2–3 times a week to avoid enamel erosion.

⚠️ Warnings & Tips:

  • This is not a substitute for professional whitening.

  • Do not use baking soda daily—it can damage enamel over time.

  • Results, if any, are usually gradual and not immediate.

  • Avoid if you have sensitive teeth or gums.

🦷 For Better, Long-Term Whitening:

  • Regular dental cleaning.

  • Avoid staining foods (coffee, red wine).

  • Use whitening toothpaste approved by dentists.

  • Consider professional whitening treatments for visible results.
