Here’s a powerful Super Combination Recipe using Bitter Kola, Garlic, and Ginger — all known for their amazing health benefits like boosting immunity, fighting infections, reducing inflammation, and more.


Super Combination: Bitter Kola + Garlic + Ginger Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Bitter kola nuts (cleaned and chopped)

  • 3 cloves of garlic (peeled and crushed or finely chopped)

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled and grated or chopped)

  • 2 cups of water

  • Optional: honey or lemon (for taste)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Clean and chop the bitter kola nuts into small pieces.

    • Peel and crush or finely chop the garlic cloves.

    • Peel and grate or chop the ginger piece.

  2. Boil:

    • Pour 2 cups of water into a pot.

    • Add the bitter kola, garlic, and ginger.

    • Bring the mixture to a boil.

  3. Simmer:

    • Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

    • This helps to extract the beneficial compounds.

  4. Strain and Serve:

    • Strain the mixture into a cup.

    • Add honey or lemon to taste if you want a bit of sweetness or tang.

  5. Drink:
