Ingredients:

1 pre-made graham cracker or cookie pie crust (9-inch)

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip (thawed)

1 (16 oz) package fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Instructions:

Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. -
Add Cool Whip:
Gently fold in about 3/4 of the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until it’s fully blended. -
Add strawberries:
Fold in the sliced strawberries carefully so they don’t break apart. -
Fill the crust:
Pour the mixture into your pre-made pie crust, spreading evenly. -
Top with remaining Cool Whip:
Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top for a nice finish. -
Chill:
