Strawberry Cool Whip Pie

Here’s a delicious and easy Strawberry Cool Whip Pie recipe for you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker or cookie pie crust (9-inch)

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 (8 oz) tub of Cool Whip (thawed)

  • 1 (16 oz) package fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • Optional: extra strawberries for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the filling:
    In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

  2. Add Cool Whip:
    Gently fold in about 3/4 of the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until it’s fully blended.

  3. Add strawberries:
    Fold in the sliced strawberries carefully so they don’t break apart.

  4. Fill the crust:
    Pour the mixture into your pre-made pie crust, spreading evenly.

  5. Top with remaining Cool Whip:
    Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top for a nice finish.

  6. Chill:
    Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours, or until firm.

  7. Serve:
    Garnish with extra strawberry slices if desired, slice, and enjoy!
