Vegetables (choose 3–5 of these):

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin

  • 1 cup snap peas or snow peas

  • 1 small carrot, julienned

  • 1 small zucchini, halved and sliced

  • 1 small red onion or 3 green onions, sliced

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

Other:

  • 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame), divided

  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish

  • Steamed rice or noodles, for serving
