Here’s a Slow Cooker Million Dollar Chicken recipe — rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to prepare. It combines tender chicken with a creamy, cheesy, and bacon-loaded sauce, making it feel indulgent without requiring much effort.


🍗 Slow Cooker Million Dollar Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4–6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs for juicier meat)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 6–8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the sauce:
    In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

  2. Layer in slow cooker:
    Lightly spray your slow cooker with nonstick spray. Place chicken breasts in the bottom.

  3. Add the creamy mixture:
    Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.

  4. Cook:
    Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temp).

  5. Add bacon:
    In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle crumbled bacon over the top and re-cover.

  6. Serve:
    Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve over rice, pasta, or with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.


🧀 Optional Add-ins:

  • A handful of spinach or chopped broccoli for some greens

  • A few crushed red pepper flakes for heat

  • Use ranch seasoning instead of Italian seasoning for a twist
