Scrambled eggs

Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for scrambled eggs:

🥚 Ingredients:

  • 2–4 eggs (depending on how hungry you are)

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper, to taste

  • 1–2 tablespoons milk or cream (optional, for creaminess)

  • 1 tablespoon butter (or oil)

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Crack & Beat
    Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and milk/cream (if using). Beat with a fork or whisk until the mixture is uniform in color and slightly frothy.

  2. Heat the Pan
    Place a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Add butter and let it melt gently without browning.

  3. Cook Slowly
    Pour the eggs into the pan. Let them sit undisturbed for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges toward the center.

  4. Scramble Gently
    Continue cooking while gently stirring every few seconds. Don’t overmix—let some curds form. Lower the heat if the eggs are cooking too fast.

  5. Stop Early
    When the eggs are mostly set but still slightly glossy and a bit runny (they’ll keep cooking off-heat), remove from the pan.

  6. Serve
    Enjoy immediately on toast, in a wrap, or with your favorite sides.
