Here’s a Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe that’s rich, chewy, and packed with chocolatey peanut butter goodness!
Reese’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
-
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
-
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (Reese’s brand works great!)
-
1/2 cup granulated sugar
-
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
-
1 large egg
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
-
1/2 tsp baking soda
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (mini or regular size)
Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
-
Cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
-
Add the egg and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.
-
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
-
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
-
Scoop dough (about 2 tablespoons per cookie) onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
-
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden. Centers will look soft—this is perfect.
-
Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Tips:
-
For extra peanut butter flavor, drizzle with melted Reese’s spread or top with a mini Reese’s cup while still warm.
-
Freeze extra cookie dough balls for quick baking later.
