1. Preheat & Prepare

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
2. Make the Red Velvet Batter

In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a small cup, mix buttermilk, vinegar, vanilla, and red food coloring.
