Quick & Easy Muffins

Here’s a Quick & Easy Muffins recipe — perfect for breakfast, snacks, or when you’re short on time!


🧁 Quick & Easy Muffins

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 12 standard muffins


✅ Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup (240ml) milk

  • ⅓ cup (80ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Add-ins (choose 1 cup total):

  • Chocolate chips

  • Blueberries

  • Diced apples

  • Nuts

  • Raisins


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.

  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.

  4. Combine: Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir until just combined — do not overmix.

  5. Add extras: Gently fold in your chosen add-ins.

  6. Fill tins: Divide batter evenly among muffin cups (about ¾ full).

  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  8. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.


🍫 Tips:

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar or coarse sugar on top before baking.

  • Muffins freeze well — just reheat for 20–30 seconds in the microwave.
