Here’s a simple, natural Clove and Garlic formula recipe that many people use to help ease joint pain, arthritis, and rheumatism symptoms:



Powerful Clove & Garlic Formula for Joint Relief

Ingredients:

  • 10 cloves of fresh garlic (peeled and crushed)

  • 10 whole cloves (the spice)

  • 1 cup of raw honey (preferably organic)

  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the garlic and cloves: Crush the garlic cloves slightly to release their oils. Lightly crush the whole cloves as well.

  2. Combine ingredients: In a clean glass jar, mix the crushed garlic and cloves with the honey and apple cider vinegar. Stir well until everything is evenly combined.

  3. Let it infuse: Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for 7 days. Shake the jar gently every day to mix the ingredients.

  4. Strain and store: After 7 days, strain the mixture to remove solids. Transfer the liquid into a clean bottle or jar for easy use.

Dosage:

  • Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture twice a day — once in the morning and once before bed.

  • Continue daily for at least 3 days, though longer use may bring better results.
