Pineapple, Cucumber, Celery, Green Apples, Ginger & Lemon Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled if not organic

  • 2-3 celery stalks

  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Optional: a few ice cubes or water to adjust consistency

Instructions:

  1. Wash all fresh produce well.

  2. Chop ingredients into pieces that fit your juicer or blender.

  3. If using a juicer: Juice pineapple, cucumber, celery, apple, and ginger.

  4. Pour juice into a glass and squeeze in lemon juice.

  5. Stir well and add ice or water if desired.

  6. Serve fresh and enjoy!
