Pineapple Blueberry Frappuccino

Posted on August 17, 2025

Here’s a  Pineapple Blueberry Frappuccino recipe that you can make at home. It’s a tropical, fruity twist on the traditional coffee-based frappuccino — and this version can be made with or without coffee, depending on your preference.

🍍🫐 Pineapple Blueberry Frappuccino Recipe

🧊 Servings:

  • 2 medium-sized servings (16 oz / 475 ml each)

📝 Ingredients:

Base:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

  • ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup milk (any type: dairy, almond, oat, coconut, etc.)

  • ½ cup pineapple juice (optional, for added flavor)

  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt or 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (for creaminess)

Sweetener (adjust to taste):

  • 1–2 tablespoons honey, agave syrup, or simple syrup

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon lemon or lime juice (to brighten the flavor)

  • 1 shot espresso or ¼ cup strong brewed coffee (if you want a caffeinated version)

  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (for tropical flair)

Toppings (optional):

  • Whipped cream

  • Blueberry or pineapple syrup drizzle

  • Fresh blueberries or pineapple wedges

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Prepare your fruit:

    • If using fresh fruit, make sure it’s chilled or partially frozen to help with texture.

    • If using frozen fruit, you can reduce the amount of ice slightly.

  2. Blend the base:

    • In a high-speed blender, add:

      • Pineapple chunks

      • Blueberries

      • Milk

      • Pineapple juice (if using)

      • Vanilla yogurt or ice cream

      • Ice cubes

      • Sweetener

      • Any optional ingredients (vanilla extract, lemon/lime juice, espresso, etc.)

    • Blend until smooth and thick. This should take about 30–45 seconds.

  3. Taste and adjust:

    • Taste the mixture. Add more sweetener or juice if needed.

    • If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk or juice.

    • If too thin, add more ice or frozen fruit.

  4. Serve:

    • Pour into chilled glasses.

    • Top with whipped cream, fruit drizzle, or extra fruit for garnish.

  5. Enjoy immediately!

🔄 Variations:

  • Creamier version: Add more yogurt or substitute with sweetened condensed milk.

  • Vegan version: Use plant-based milk and dairy-free yogurt/ice cream.

  • Protein boost: Add a scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder.

  • Layered look: Blend pineapple and blueberry separately and pour in layers for a fun aesthetic.
