Pepperoni Pizza Tacos

🌮 Pepperoni Pizza Tacos Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Small flour tortillas (street taco size)

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Mini pepperoni slices (or regular pepperoni, chopped)

  • Pizza sauce (or marinara)

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Olive oil or butter (for crisping tacos)

  • Italian seasoning or dried oregano

  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven or Skillet
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Prepare Tortillas
    Lightly brush tortillas with olive oil or butter on both sides for crispness.

  3. Assemble the Tacos

    • Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce in the center of each tortilla.

    • Add a generous pinch of mozzarella cheese.

    • Top with pepperoni slices.

    • Sprinkle a bit of Italian seasoning or oregano.

  4. Cook Until Crispy and Melty

    • Oven: Bake tacos open-faced on a baking sheet for 7–10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.

    • Skillet: Cook open-faced until the bottom crisps, then fold like a taco and press lightly to seal.

  5. Garnish and Serve

    • Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh basil or parsley if desired.

    • Serve hot with a side of marinara for dipping!
