Here’s a delicious and simple Parmesan Baked Potatoes recipe for you:


Parmesan Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold work well)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (or dried oregano/basil)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare the potatoes:

    • Wash and scrub potatoes well.

    • Pat dry, then poke each potato several times with a fork.

  3. Season the potatoes:

    • Rub the potatoes all over with olive oil or melted butter.

    • In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.

    • Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the potatoes, pressing gently so it sticks.

  4. Bake:

    • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.

    • Bake for about 45–60 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender inside and the outside is crispy and golden brown.

    • You can test doneness by inserting a fork or skewer; it should go in easily.

  5. Serve:

    • Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

    • Garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired.

    • Enjoy as a side or a snack!
