Posted on June 6, 2025

Here’s a decadent Oreo Cheesecake Stuffed Donut Burger recipe that blends dessert and indulgent savory into one mind-blowing creation. It’s rich, over-the-top, and made to impress (or shock).

🍔 Oreo Cheesecake Stuffed Donut Burger

🔹 Servings: 2

🔹 Prep Time: 30 minutes

🔹 Chill Time (cheesecake): 2 hours

🔹 Cook Time: 15 minutes

📝 Ingredients

For the Oreo Cheesecake Filling:

  • 6 Oreo cookies, crushed

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp whipped cream (or whipped topping)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Burger Patties:

  • 1/2 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 2 slices cheddar cheese (optional, for sweet/savory contrast)

For the Donut Buns:

  • 2 glazed donuts (cut in half horizontally)

Optional Toppings:

  • Bacon (crispy strips)

  • Maple syrup drizzle

  • More crushed Oreos

  • Whipped cream (for over-the-top plating)

🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Make the Oreo Cheesecake Filling

  1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipped cream until smooth.

  2. Fold in crushed Oreos.

  3. Scoop into mounds (roughly the size of a small burger patty), place on a plate, and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Step 2: Cook the Burger Patties

  1. Form ground beef into two equal patties.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  3. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat (about 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness).

  4. If using cheese, place a slice on top during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Step 3: Prepare Donuts

  1. Slice the glazed donuts in half (like burger buns).

  2. Toast lightly on a skillet or in a toaster oven to add texture (optional but recommended).

Step 4: Assemble

  1. Place bottom half of the donut on a plate.

  2. Add the burger patty (with or without cheese).

  3. Gently place the frozen Oreo cheesecake “patty” on top of the burger.

  4. Add optional crispy bacon, maple syrup drizzle, and crushed Oreos if desired.

  5. Cap with the donut top.

🤯 Tips

  • Serve immediately for best results — the cheesecake stays cool, the burger warm, and the donut slightly crisp.

  • Want it all-sweet? Skip the beef patty and layer cheesecake between two donut halves with bacon and syrup.

  • Add hot fudge for extreme dessert vibes.
