No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

Posted on August 5, 2025

Here’s a super easy and delicious No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters recipe – sweet, salty, crunchy, and perfect for snacking or gifting!

🍯 No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

🕒 Prep Time: 10 minutes

❄️ Chill Time: 30–45 minutes

🍫 Makes: About 24 clusters

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mini pretzels, roughly crushed

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (natural or regular)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1½ cups white chocolate chips (or almond bark)

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar (optional, for sweetness)

  • Sea salt for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Crush the Pretzels:
Place mini pretzels in a zip-top bag and lightly crush them with a rolling pin. You want chunks, not crumbs.

  2. Melt Peanut Butter & Butter:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Microwave for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, until melted and smooth. Stir well.

  3. Melt the White Chocolate:
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth (about 60–90 seconds total).

  4. Combine Everything:
Add the melted peanut butter mixture to the melted white chocolate and mix until fully combined. Stir in the crushed pretzels. If desired, mix in powdered sugar for a sweeter bite.

  5. Scoop the Clusters:
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Use a tablespoon or small cookie scoop. Sprinkle with sea salt, if using.

  6. Chill:
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes, or until clusters are set.

Tips & Variations:

  • Add-ins: Mini marshmallows, chopped peanuts, or crushed toffee bits.

  • Darker twist: Use milk or dark chocolate chips instead of white chocolate.

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer shelf life.

Let me know if you want a version using chocolate peanut butter or a vegan variation!
