No-Bake 3-Ingredient Milk Pudding Dessert

Here’s a simple and delicious No-Bake 3-Ingredient Milk Pudding recipe for you:

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups milk (whole milk works best for creaminess)

  2. 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

  3. 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Optional toppings (not counted as ingredients):

  • Fresh fruits

  • Nuts

  • Honey or syrup

  • Cocoa powder or cinnamon


Instructions:

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cornstarch.

  2. Heat Milk: In a saucepan, pour the milk and heat it over medium heat until it’s warm but not boiling.

  3. Combine: Slowly whisk the sugar-cornstarch mixture into the warm milk. Keep whisking continuously to avoid lumps.

  4. Cook: Keep stirring the mixture on medium heat until it thickens to a pudding-like consistency (about 5-7 minutes).

  5. Cool: Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Pour into serving bowls or cups.

  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until fully set and chilled.

  7. Serve: Add your favorite toppings if you like and enjoy!
