🧃 Simple Daily Recipe (Supports Both Bone & Mental Health):

Golden Milk (Turmeric Latte)

  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

  • Heat gently, stir, and drink before bed.
