Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp mint extract (adjust based on how minty you want it)

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1-2 drops of green food coloring (optional, for a minty green color)

  • Graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping (your choice)

Instructions:

  1. Whip the Cream Cheese:
    In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add Powdered Sugar:
    Gradually add powdered sugar and continue mixing until well combined.

  3. Whip the Heavy Cream:
    In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. You can use a hand mixer or stand mixer for this step.

  4. Combine Everything:
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy. Add the mint extract and mix until well incorporated.
