Ingredients (makes about 25 mini pancakes):

1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

3/4 cup (180ml) buttermilk (or milk + 1 tsp vinegar/lemon juice)

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. -

Combine
