Here’s a  easy and delicious mini dessert recipes with detailed instructions. These are great for parties, events, or just a personal sweet craving!


🍓 1. Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients:

  • 12 vanilla wafer cookies

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

  • Mini cupcake liners

  • Fruit topping or jam (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.

  2. Place one vanilla wafer cookie flat side down in each liner.

  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.

  4. Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice (if using). Mix until creamy.

  5. Fill each cup with batter almost to the top.

  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until slightly puffed and set.

  7. Cool in the pan, then refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

  8. Top with fruit, jam, or whipped cream if desired.


🍫 2. Mini Chocolate Mousse Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Mini chocolate or phyllo cups (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions:

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Let cool slightly.

  2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form.

  4. Fold in melted chocolate gently until fully combined.

  5. Spoon or pipe into mini cups.

  6. Chill for 1–2 hours. Garnish with berries, chocolate shavings, or mint leaves.


🍪 3. Mini Cookie Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 1 batch of your favorite small cookies (like mini chocolate chip or sugar cookies)

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 1–1.5 cups powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Food coloring or flavoring (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bake mini cookies (about 1-inch diameter). Let cool completely.

  2. Make buttercream: Beat butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.

  3. Add food coloring or flavoring (optional).

  4. Pipe or spread a small amount of frosting on the bottom of one cookie.

  5. Sandwich with another cookie.

  6. Optional: Roll edges in sprinkles or crushed nuts.


🍋 4. Mini Lemon Tarts

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet shortcrust pastry or mini tart shells

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

  1. Cut pastry into small circles and press into a mini muffin tin or tart pan.

  2. Bake shells at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes or until golden. Let cool.

  3. For filling: Whisk together eggs, sugar, lemon juice, zest, and cream.

  4. Pour into tart shells and bake at 325°F (165°C) for 10–12 minutes, until just set.

  5. Cool, then refrigerate.

  6. Top with whipped cream or powdered sugar.


🍏 5. Mini Apple Crumbles

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, peeled and chopped small

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • For crumble topping:

    • 1/4 cup oats

    • 2 tbsp flour

    • 2 tbsp butter

    • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan.

  2. In a bowl, toss apples with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon.

  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, sugar, and cut in butter until crumbly.

  4. Fill muffin cups with apples, then top with crumble.

  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  6. Serve warm or cold with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.
