Here’s a  recipe for Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast, a super easy and delicious baked chicken dish known for its creamy, tangy, and ultra-tender texture. This is a classic comfort food recipe that’s also low-carb and family-friendly.

📋 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness if needed)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
    (or Greek yogurt or sour cream for a lighter option)

  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    (use real Parmigiano-Reggiano for best flavor)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color and a bit of smokiness)

  • Fresh chopped parsley or chives (for garnish – optional)


🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the chicken:

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

  • Season lightly with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Make the creamy topping:

In a bowl, mix together:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • (optional) 1/2 tsp paprika

4. Spread mixture on chicken:

  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.

  • Evenly spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture over the top of each breast, coating them fully.

5. Bake:

  • Bake uncovered at 375°F (190°C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until:

    • Chicken is fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C)

    • Top is golden and bubbly

🔥 Optional: Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for a crispier, more golden top.

6. Rest & Serve:

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired.
