lemon strawberry ( fresh strawberries) pound cake & 6 flavor pound cake recipe

Here’s a classic Cream Cheese Pound Cake recipe that’s rich, moist, and super delicious!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

  • 3 cups granulated sugar

  • 6 large eggs

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan or tube pan.

  2. Cream the cream cheese and butter: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add sugar: Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

  4. Add eggs: Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  5. Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.

  6. Combine dry and wet: Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet mixture, beating just until combined.

  7. Add vanilla: Stir in vanilla extract.

  8. Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  9. Cool: Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
