Here’s a simple and delicious Lemon Curd Dessert Cups recipe for you! Perfect for a light, tangy treat.

Lemon Curd Dessert Cups
Ingredients:
1 cup lemon curd (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits (for the base)

Fresh berries or mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
Prepare the whipped cream:
In a chilled mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Fold the lemon curd:
Gently fold the lemon curd into the whipped cream until combined. Don’t overmix; you want it light and airy.

Assemble the cups:
In small dessert cups or jars, add a layer of crushed graham crackers at the bottom.

Add lemon curd mixture:
Spoon the lemon curd and whipped cream mixture over the crumbs.

Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set and chill.

Garnish and serve:
Top with fresh berries or a sprig of mint before serving.
