Hot Coffee

Here’s a simple and classic coffee recipe — for both hot and iced coffee. Let me know if you want something more specific like a latte, cappuccino, or a specialty drink!


☕ Basic Hot Coffee (using a French press or drip method)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of ground coffee (medium grind)

  • 1 cup (240 ml) hot water (just off the boil, about 200°F / 93°C)

  • Optional: milk, sugar, or flavored syrups

Instructions:

  1. Boil water and let it cool slightly (to about 200°F or 93°C).

  2. Add ground coffee to your French press or coffee maker.

  3. Pour water evenly over the grounds.

  4. Let steep for 4 minutes (French press), or let it drip completely (drip machine).

  5. Press the plunger (French press) and pour into a mug.

  6. Add milk, sugar, or flavoring to taste.


🧊 Easy Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (or cold brew)

  • Ice cubes

  • 1/4 cup milk or cream (optional)

  • Sweetener (sugar, honey, or syrup), to taste

Instructions:

  1. Brew strong coffee (double strength if you’re using hot brew).

  2. Let it cool, or chill it in the fridge.

  3. Fill a glass with ice.

  4. Pour in the cold coffee.

  5. Add milk/cream and sweetener, stir well.
