Holiday Cake Mix Cookie Bars
Ingredients:

1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (red velvet, white, or spice work great for holidays)

1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter for richer flavor)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mix-ins (choose any combo: chocolate chips, crushed candy canes, chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or white chocolate chips)

Instructions:

Preheat oven: to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
