Here’s a quick and healthy oat pancake recipe you can whip up in 5 minutes — no sugar, no flour needed!

Healthy Oat Pancakes (No Sugar, No Flour)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)

  • 1 ripe banana (for natural sweetness)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • A pinch of salt

  • Coconut oil or olive oil for cooking


Instructions:

  1. Blend: Put oats, banana, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, milk, and salt into a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Heat: Warm a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with coconut or olive oil.

  3. Cook: Pour small rounds of batter onto the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and set.

  4. Serve: Enjoy plain or with fresh fruit, nut butter, or a drizzle of honey/maple syrup if you want (optional).


Tips:

  • Use ripe banana for natural sweetness.

  • Adjust milk quantity for thicker or thinner batter.
