HEALTHY COOKIES

Here’s a simple and delicious Healthy Cookies recipe you can try! These cookies use wholesome ingredients, less sugar, and healthy fats.


Healthy Oatmeal Banana Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

  • A pinch of salt


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

  3. Add the peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  4. Stir in the rolled oats, cinnamon, and salt until combined.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips or raisins if using.

  6. Scoop spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet, flattening slightly with the back of the spoon.

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden and set.

  8. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
