Ground Beef Casserole
Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (optional)

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

2 cups cooked pasta (elbows, penne, or any kind you like)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)

1/2 cup sour cream or cream cheese (optional, for creaminess)

1/2 cup beef broth or water

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano/basil
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
