Green Smoothie

Here’s a simple and delicious green smoothie recipe for you:

Fresh Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (or kale)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks (or pineapple)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess and protein)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional for extra nutrients)

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime (optional for a fresh zing)

  • Ice cubes (optional, if you want it colder)

Instructions:

  1. Add the spinach, banana, frozen mango, and Greek yogurt to your blender.

  2. Pour in the almond milk.

  3. Add chia or flaxseeds and lemon juice if using.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Add ice cubes if you want it extra chilled and blend again.

  6. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Want it sweeter? Add a little honey or maple syrup. Want it more filling? Toss in some oats or protein powder.
