Green Juice Recipe

Here’s a simple and refreshing Green Juice recipe with green apple, celery, cucumber, and lemon:


🍏 Green Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 green apple (Granny Smith works great), cored and chopped

  • 2–3 stalks of celery

  • ½ cucumber, peeled if not organic

  • ½ lemon, peeled

  • (Optional) A small piece of ginger (for a little zing)

  • (Optional) A handful of spinach or kale (for extra nutrients)

  • ½ cup cold water (if using a blender)

Instructions:

  1. Juicer method:

    • Run all ingredients through a juicer. Stir and serve immediately over ice if desired.

  2. Blender method (if you don’t have a juicer):

    • Add everything to a high-speed blender with ½ cup cold water.

    • Blend until smooth.

    • Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp.

    • Serve chilled.

Tips:

  • Adjust lemon to taste — more for tartness, less if you prefer it mellow.

  • Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but it’s best fresh.
