🧆 Greek Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground chicken

1/3 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp dried oregano

Zest of 1 lemon

1 egg

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet on medium if pan-frying.
