Posted on August 3, 2025

Sure! Flattening Grands canned biscuits and using them as a base for recipes is a quick and versatile kitchen hack. Here’s a detailed recipe using flattened Grands biscuits as dough for a stuffed cheesy garlic bread—a great snack, appetizer, or side.

🔸 Cheesy Garlic Stuffed Biscuit Bites (Using Rolled Out Grands Biscuits)

🧄 Ingredients:

  • 1 can Grands flaky layers biscuits (8-count)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

  • Optional: marinara or ranch for dipping

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven:

    • Set to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Flatten the biscuits:

    • Separate the 8 biscuits and roll each one out flat using a rolling pin or your hands until about 1/4 inch thick (like a small pancake, about 5–6 inches wide).

  3. Fill the centers:

    • In the middle of each flattened biscuit, add:

      • ~2 tbsp shredded mozzarella

      • Sprinkle of Parmesan

  4. Seal and shape:

    • Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.

    • Flip them seam-side down and gently press into a round or oval shape again.

  5. Garlic butter topping:

    • Mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.

    • Brush each biscuit top generously with the garlic butter mixture.

  6. Bake:

    • Bake for 13–16 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

  7. Optional – More topping:

    • Right after baking, brush with more garlic butter and a little more Parmesan for extra flavor.

  8. Serve:

    • Serve warm with marinara, pizza sauce, or ranch dressing for dipping.

🔄 Variations:

  • Pizza pockets: Add mini pepperoni or a spoon of pizza sauce inside before sealing.

  • Breakfast style: Stuff with scrambled eggs, cheese, and crumbled sausage.

  • Sweet version: Use cinnamon sugar and cream cheese inside, and drizzle with icing.
