Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh ginger root (grated or finely chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (or olive oil, if you prefer)

  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional, for moisture)

  • 2-3 drops of essential oils (such as rosemary, peppermint, or lavender for added benefits)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ginger:

    • Grate or finely chop the ginger root to extract its juice. You should have about 2 tablespoons of ginger.

  2. Mix the Ingredients:

    • In a small bowl, combine the ginger juice with coconut oil (or olive oil) and honey (if using). Stir until well mixed.

  3. Add Essential Oils (Optional):

    • Add 2-3 drops of your preferred essential oils to the mixture. Rosemary oil is known for promoting hair growth, while peppermint oil improves circulation to the scalp.

  4. Application:

    • Before applying, make sure your scalp is clean and dry. You can either do this on damp hair or freshly washed hair.

    • Apply the ginger mixture directly to your scalp, massaging it gently for about 5-10 minutes. Focus on areas where hair thinning is visible.

  5. Leave It On:

    • Allow the mixture to sit on your scalp for 30 minutes to an hour. For deeper absorption, you can wrap your hair in a warm towel.

  6. Rinse and Shampoo:

    • After the time has passed, rinse out the treatment with warm water and follow up with a gentle shampoo to cleanse your hair.

  7. Repeat:
