Here’s a rich and elegant recipe for Garlic Butter Lobster Tails — tender, juicy lobster tails brushed with flavorful garlic butter and broiled to perfection. Perfect for a special dinner! 🦞🧄🧈

🦞 Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Ingredients (for 4 lobster tails):

  • 4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:

  • Preheat your oven’s broiler (or grill) on high.

  • Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the top shell of each lobster tail (lengthwise) without cutting the meat.

  • Gently pull the lobster meat upward, out of the shell, but keep it attached at the tail end. Rest the meat on top of the shell.

2. Make Garlic Butter:

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Brush Lobster:

  • Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.

  • Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.

4. Broil:

  • Broil lobster tails about 8-12 minutes, depending on size, until lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned on top.

  • Brush with additional garlic butter halfway through cooking for extra flavor.

5. Garnish & Serve:

  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter on the side.

Tips:

  • Don’t overcook — lobster meat should be tender, not rubbery.

  • For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.

  • Serve alongside steamed veggies, rice, or crusty bread.
