🧄 Garlic and Black Pepper Oil Remedy
✅ Ingredients:

10 cloves of fresh garlic (peeled and crushed)

1 tablespoon black peppercorns (coarsely crushed or freshly ground)

1 cup (250 ml) olive oil or coconut oil

Optional: 1 tsp turmeric powder (for additional anti-inflammatory benefits)
🔥 Instructions:

Heat the oil in a saucepan on low heat.

Add crushed garlic and black pepper.

Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not let the garlic burn.

If using turmeric, add it during the last 5 minutes of simmering.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

Strain the oil into a clean glass jar or bottle.

Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 2 weeks (refrigerate for longer shelf life).
