-
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
Optional Toppings:

Extra crushed Oreos
-
Chocolate syrup or hot fudge
-
Mini Oreos or whipped cream for garnish
Instructions:
1. Make the Crust:

-
Mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter.
-
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish or a springform pan. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to set.
2. Add the Ice Cream Layer:
-
Spread the softened cookies and cream (or vanilla) ice cream evenly over the crust.
-
Freeze for at least 1 hour, until firm.
3. Top with Whipped Topping:
-
Spread the Cool Whip over the ice cream layer.
-
Sprinkle with the remaining crushed Oreos.
4. Freeze Again:
-
Freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight for best texture.
5. Serve:
-
Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
-
Drizzle with chocolate syrup or add extra toppings if desired.
Tips & Variations:
-
Use mint chocolate chip ice cream + Mint Oreos for a fun twist.
-
Layer in chocolate fudge or caramel sauce between layers.
-
