Here’s a super easy and crowd-pleasing Frozen Oreo Cake recipe—perfect for summer or anytime you need a no-bake, cool dessert with all the Oreo goodness. 🖤


🍰 Frozen Oreo Cake (No-Bake)

Ingredients:

Crust & Layers:

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies (regular or Double Stuf)

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

  • 1 container (1.5 qt) cookies and cream ice cream (or vanilla), slightly softened

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Optional Toppings:

  • Extra crushed Oreos

  • Chocolate syrup or hot fudge

  • Mini Oreos or whipped cream for garnish


Instructions:

1. Make the Crust:

  • Crush about 2/3 of the Oreo cookies (a food processor works best; or place in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin).

  • Mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter.

  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish or a springform pan. Freeze for 10–15 minutes to set.

2. Add the Ice Cream Layer:

  • Spread the softened cookies and cream (or vanilla) ice cream evenly over the crust.

  • Freeze for at least 1 hour, until firm.

3. Top with Whipped Topping:

  • Spread the Cool Whip over the ice cream layer.

  • Sprinkle with the remaining crushed Oreos.

4. Freeze Again:

  • Freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or overnight for best texture.

5. Serve:

  • Let sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before slicing.

  • Drizzle with chocolate syrup or add extra toppings if desired.


Tips & Variations:

  • Use mint chocolate chip ice cream + Mint Oreos for a fun twist.

  • Layer in chocolate fudge or caramel sauce between layers.

  • Swap out Oreos for any other sandwich cookie flavor.
