Ingredients:

2 eggs

3/4 cup (180ml) milk

1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or your favorite)

1/2 cup chopped spring onions (or any other veggie: bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms)

1 tbsp chopped herbs (parsley, chives, or cilantro – optional)

1–2 tbsp oil or butter (for frying)

Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. -
Add wet ingredients:
