Here’s a super easy Cool Whip Candy recipe using just a few ingredients. This treat is light, fluffy, and perfect for holidays or anytime you want a quick sweet fix.
🍬 Easy Cool Whip Candy (a.k.a. Cool Whip Fudge)
Ingredients:

1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

1 bag (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate, if preferred)

1 box (16 oz) powdered sugar

Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract, nuts, or sprinkles
Instructions:

Melt the chocolate chips
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. -
Fold in Cool Whip
Add the Cool Whip to the melted chocolate and mix until fully combined. It will look fluffy and mousse-like. -
Add powdered sugar
Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until a thick dough-like consistency forms. You can use a hand mixer or stir by hand with a sturdy spoon. -
Press into pan
Line an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch pan with parchment or wax paper. Press the mixture evenly into the pan. -
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, or until firm. -
Cut and serve
Remove from the fridge, lift the candy out using the paper, and cut into squares. Store in the fridge.
