Here’s a simple and tasty Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins recipe that you can prep in under 10 minutes:


🧁 Easy Breakfast Egg Muffins

Servings: 6 muffins (can be doubled)
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20–25 mins
Total Time: ~30 mins


🥚 Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk (optional for fluffier texture)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)

  • 1/2 cup chopped veggies (e.g., bell peppers, spinach, onion, tomato)

  • 1/4 cup cooked meat (optional – bacon, ham, sausage)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing


🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.

  2. Whisk eggs and milk (if using) in a mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Add fillings (veggies, cheese, meat) to each muffin cup – fill them about halfway.

  4. Pour egg mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full. Stir gently with a fork in each cup to mix.

  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until egg muffins are set and lightly golden on top.

  6. Cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.


🔁 Optional Add-Ins:

  • Chopped herbs (parsley, chives)

  • Jalapeños for spice

  • Feta or goat cheese for tang
