Easy and yummy Mint Chocolate Chip Fudge

Here’s a super easy and yummy Mint Chocolate Chip Fudge recipe that takes just a few ingredients and minimal effort:


🍃 Mint Chocolate Chip Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

  • Green food coloring (optional)

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (or regular, roughly chopped)


Instructions:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil. Lightly grease it.

  2. Melt the white chocolate:
    In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir together the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and melted. (You can also use a microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between.)

  3. Flavor and color:
    Remove from heat. Stir in the peppermint extract and a few drops of green food coloring until you get your desired minty color.

  4. Add chocolate chips:
    Let the mixture cool for 1–2 minutes (so the chips don’t melt completely), then fold in the mini chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top if desired.

  5. Pour and set:
    Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth the top and sprinkle with any reserved chips.

  6. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

  7. Cut and enjoy!
    Once set, lift the fudge out, cut into squares, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.


💡 Tips:

  • If you want extra minty flavor, use up to 1½ tsp peppermint extract.

  • For a twist, use dark chocolate chips instead of semi-sweet for a richer bite.
