CROCKPOT CORN CASSEROLE

Here’s a simple and delicious Crockpot Corn Casserole recipe for you to try:

Crockpot Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn

  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn (drained)

  • 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Crockpot:
    Spray your Crockpot insert with cooking spray or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

  2. Combine Ingredients:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamed corn, whole kernel corn, Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, sour cream, melted butter, and shredded cheddar cheese (if using). Stir until well combined.

  3. Season:
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Be careful with the salt as the cheese and corn can add a lot of flavor already.

  4. Cook in Crockpot:
    Pour the mixture into the prepared Crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until the casserole is fully set and golden on top.

  5. Serve:
    Once cooked, stir the casserole to mix in the crusty parts from the edges, and serve warm.
