For the Chicken:

For the Sauce:

2 tbsp butter

8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini work well)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

½ cup (120 ml) chicken broth

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning (or a mix of thyme, oregano, and basil)

1. Prepare and Sear the Chicken:
