  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits or chopped jalapeños (optional for kick)

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 eggs (beaten)

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)

  • Oil for deep frying

🧑‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine shredded cheese, cream cheese, and optional bacon or jalapeños.

  2. Prepare Bombs: Take a scoop of mashed potato, flatten in your hand, place some filling in the center, and form into a ball.

  3. Coat: Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.

  4. Fry: Deep fry at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown and crispy (about 2–3 minutes).

  5. Drain & Serve: Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with ranch, spicy mayo, or garlic aioli.
