Creamy Crockpot Beef Tips & Mushrooms
Ingredients:

2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into 1-inch chunks

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 packet (1 oz) dry onion soup mix

1 cup beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp soy sauce (optional)

1 tsp dried thyme (or 1 tbsp fresh)

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup sour cream (add at the end)

2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)

Prep the crockpot:
Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray. -
Layer ingredients:
