1/4 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp black pepper

Pinch of paprika (optional for color)
Instructions:
1. Make the Dough:
-
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
-
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix and knead for 5–7 minutes (by hand or using a stand mixer) until smooth.
-
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
2. Shape & Proof:
-
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
-
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or sheet pan with olive oil.
-
Press the dough evenly into the pan.
-
Use a pizza cutter or knife to score the dough into breadstick shapes (don’t cut all the way through).
-
Cover loosely and let rise for 15–20 minutes more.
3. Bake:
-
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
4. Add Toppings:
-
While hot, brush with melted garlic butter.
-
Mix the seasoning ingredients together and sprinkle generously over the top.
5. Serve:
-
Slice along the scored lines and serve with warm marinara or ranch dressing.
Tips:
-
For extra-soft breadsticks, don’t overbake.
-
Want them cheesy? Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top before baking.
-
You can prep the dough ahead and refrigerate overnight for even more flavor.
