Colon Cleanse & Weight Loss Drink

Here’s a natural colon cleanse and weight loss drink recipe that may help support digestion, reduce bloating, and gently encourage detoxification. This is best used as part of a healthy diet and active lifestyle.


🌿 Colon Cleanse & Weight Loss Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water (not hot)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds (optional but powerful)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or a few drops of stevia (optional for taste)

  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional – boosts metabolism)


Instructions:

  1. Soak chia seeds in warm water for 5–10 minutes until they form a gel-like texture.

  2. Add the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, flaxseeds (if using), honey/stevia, and cayenne.

  3. Stir well until fully mixed.

  4. Drink immediately, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

  • Apple cider vinegar: May support gut health and blood sugar balance.

  • Chia & flaxseeds: Rich in fiber, support bowel regularity and satiety.

⚠️ Note:

  • Stay hydrated throughout the day.

  • Use this drink no more than 1–2 times per day.

  • Not suitable for people with certain GI conditions (ulcers, IBS, etc.).

  • Consult your doctor before starting any cleanse, especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
